What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy (upon receipt of item) for all unworn items in original condition. Items must be returned with the tags still on them and customer insert card. Refunds will be issued as soon as the item has passed the inspection. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the unlikely event that the customer receives a faulty item, please email us with a description of the issue and any relevant images, in which we'll be happy to create a free return label for you. For an exchange of size you must return the item, then re-purchase the size you want. Returns will be sent to a UK address. Please contact us on HQ@newbounceclub.com in order to initiate a return and get the necessary details.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. It takes on average 4 - 7 working days to process and dispatch an order.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies depending on which country your item is being sent to. Please be aware these are estimations and sometimes delivery services can have unforeseen delays which are out of our control.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by location, typically 7-14 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
