Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy (upon receipt of item) for all unworn items in original condition.  Items must be returned with the tags still on them and the customer insert card.  Refunds will be issued as soon as the item has passed the inspection.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the unlikely event that the customer receives a faulty item, please email us at HQ@newbounceclub.com with a description of the issue along with relevant images, in which we'll be happy to create a free return label for you. For an exchange of size you must return the item, then re-purchase the size you want.  Returns will be sent to a UK address.  Please contact us on HQ@newbounceclub.com in order to initiate a return and get the necessary details.
