3. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Shipping Confirmation Email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive/inclusive of shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to destinations within the UK. Delivery estimates, costs, and timeframes are outlined in full on our separate shipping & delivery page, the contents of which are fully incorporated into these Terms. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

6. Cancellation and Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. In accordance with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Beyond this statutory period, we extend your return window up to 30 days from receipt under our standard return policy.
